How ICareerCafe Works
LEARN TO NETWORK
When you join ICareerCafe, you get access to our Networking Masterclass where you will learn the secrets to effective professional networking for students and recent graduates. For those who need it, we also offer a Career Management 101 Masterclass and a Fundamentals for International Students Masterclass.
PERSONALIZE YOUR PLAN WITH YOUR CAREER COACH
Once you've completed the Networking Masterclass, you will meet with a career coach to refine your career plan and build a networking strategy personalized to help you achieve your goals.
Need some more career coaching? No problem, we have packages to support that!
CONNECT WITH ADVISORS AND MENTORS
After you meet with your career coach, you will be given access to ProConnect, our exclusive network of vetted professionals who are ready to share their experiences and advice with you.
You can request a cafe chat with them to learn about your field of interest, what it's like to work for their current or former companies, what their interview experience was like, how they landed their jobs, and so much more. You don't need someone to introduce you or reach out cold and risk getting ignored, we connect you.
ACCESS THE ICAREERCAFE COMMUNITY FORUM
As part of your membership, you will also be invited to join our Community Forum where peers, advisors, and mentors share job leads, advice, and encouragement.
ProConnect: build your network
ProConnect is our exclusive, vetted network of working professionals who have expressed interest in sharing their experiences and advice with students. No more hesitation or awkwardness when reaching out! We'll do it for you through ProConnect!
Advisors work in many professions across many industries, but primarily in Healthcare, Business/Finance, and Technology. They have been in your shoes as international students, first gen students, anxious students, you name it. They share a passion for helping young people get a great start to their career.

Where Our Advisor-Mentors Work
Scholarships
We believe all students should have access to quality career advice and the support needed to jump start their careers. That's why we've set aside a limited number of scholarships for students who may not be able to afford our memberships.
For students who can demonstrate financial need (e.g., receiving Pell grant, on need-based scholarship, etc), we will offer a scholarship to help offset the cost of ICareerCafe.
Scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis.
